Steal The Sky is a new band assembled from members of the area’s top bands. Stephen and Leon came from Star 69, a ground breaking three piece that performed steadily for the past six years. Meghan left her DE based band called Hyjinx after working with Stephen in the studio on an original project. Last but certainly not least, our drummer is Billy Brehony. Billy was the drummer for Bloodhound Gang , selling 6 million records and touring internationally for almost 10 years.

Dave Hawkins, an accomplished musician, has been playing music for what seems to be his entire life. Music is his passion and he is passionate about how it’s perceived throughout his audience. He plays many guitars, harmonica, and fiddle and when you hear him you will think there is a whole band, not just one person. This is accomplished by what is known as looping.  There is never a ‘backing track’ to play along with, which is used by some other players out there. His vocals and music will reach the deepest part of you while it sets your senses alive. He plays sounds from the current popular, to classic rock, to Dave Matthews, to his own original compositions as he touches on just about any genre you may desire.

Randy Lee Ashcraft has been entertaining people all over the country for over 20 years and has returned home to the Eastern Shore to perform for his favorite fans! His music is often referred to as ‘beach country’. A former Green Beret in the United States Army, Randy has released five albums, which combined have sold over 20,000 copies to places as far reaching as Europe. In 1999, he received a citation from Governor Parris Glendening of Maryland honoring his ‘dedicated efforts to share the beauty of the Eastern Shore of Maryland region through his music and the song ‘Shore Thing”.  Randy is also the ’02, ’03, ’04, and ’05 winner for Best Entertainer/Singer of the Eastern Shore, the ’03, ’04, and ’05 winner for Best Singer/Songwriter on Delmarva, and the ’08 Entertainer of the Year as presented by the Coconut Times.

Assateague Bunny Hop @ Assateague Island State Park

Hop down the bunny trail at Assateague State Park! “BYOB” – Bring Your Own Basket and a keen eye as you search for eggs hidden at the Rackliffe Plantation House located across the street from the state park marina. Egg hunts will begin at 1:15 pm, groups will include Tiny Tots, Little Tykes, and Bunny Hoppers (grouped by age) with plenty of goodies for all to find. If you are feeling lucky, try our raffles and guessing game with drawings held at the end of the event. Co-sponsored by Friends of Assateague State Park.

Jesse Garron’s Tribute to Elvis @ Wicomico Youth and Civic Center

This Vegas-style rendition is a consistent fan favorite. Acclaimed as the ‘Closest Thing to the King,’ Garron has been performing his Tribute since 1998. This act is the most authentic recreation of an Elvis concert available in today’s market. 
Jesse Garron’s Tribute to Elvis has shared the bill with acts such as Little Big Town, Franki Valli, K.C. and the Sunshine Band, The Commodores and Wayne Newton in venues ranging from New York’s Westbury Music Fair and Louisiana’s Isle of Capri Casino to Delaware Park and Arizona’s Coolidge Days.

 Who killed the Godfather of the Clamato Crime Family?  Join us as we gather to celebrate the special occasion of the 75th birthday of the local Clamato Family Godfather, ‘Don. ‘  But wait!  Perhaps this birthday will be his last…?  Members of the Clamato Family and his friends begin to surface as they scheme to take over the Clamato Family empire!  The local ‘law enforcement’ will question some likely suspects and reveal ‘WhoDunIt!’
