Sunfest is Ocean City’s most popular festival and is rated #1 of the 100 Best Classic & Contemporary Craft Shows in the country by  ‘Sunshine Artist Magazine – America’s Premier Art & Craft Show Magazine’
 
Sunfest celebrates its 40th year as Ocean City’s biggest and best festival. Popular entertainers highlight four days of fall fun with arts & crafts, big-top tents, food vendors & more. All entertainment is free with the exception of evening headline acts. Sunfest artists will delight your senses with their unique designs of fine art & distinctive crafts. Try the bold taste of the Eastern Shore with fabulous food from over 30 food vendors, featuring seafood, crab cakes, fried chicken, pit beef and more. Children’s activities are available on Saturday & Sunday.
 
Located at the Inlet Parking Lot in Downtown Ocean City. Festival hours: Thursday – Saturday, 10am – 10pm and Sunday 10am - 6pm. For more information, call 800-626-2326.
 
Transportation:
1. Free parking is available at the West Ocean City Park & Ride. Park free & ride shuttle bus to Sunfest for $1. 
2. Ride the Boardwalk Tram to the Inlet for $3 each way. 
3. Express trolley shuttles will depart from the south lot of the Roland E. Powell Convention Center at 40th Street (free parking). Trolley shuttle fares: ride all day for $3 or $1 per boarding.
4. Free parking at the Public Safety Building on 65th St, Northside Park on 125th St or Municipal Lot on 100th St. Then ride the bus to Sunfest. Bus fares: ride all day for $3 or $1 per boarding.

Artists and Art Loves are invited to make plans now to attend Paint Berlin, our 4th Annual Plein Art Event!
 
Artists will paint during the day at a location of his or her choosing and will be selling their artwork, and competing for cash prizes.
 
Art lovers can watch artists painting, and attend the reception, awards presentation, and wet paint sale from 1 – 4pm.

Sunfest Kite Festival @ On the Beach; 2nd Street to 6th Street

Enjoy days filled with spectacular kite flying. Thousands of spectators travel to see master kite flyers from around the world showcase their aerial displays of art. Kite making workshops and Kite battles.

Randy Lee Ashcraft & The Saltwater Cowboys at Sunfest @ Sunfest in the Ocean City Inlet

Randy Lee Ashcraft has been entertaining people all over the country for over 20 years and has returned home to the Eastern Shore to perform for his favorite fans! His music is often referred to as ‘beach country’. A former Green Beret in the United States Army, Randy has released five albums, which combined have sold over 20,000 copies to places as far reaching as Europe. In 1999, he received a citation from Governor Parris Glendening of Maryland honoring his ‘dedicated efforts to share the beauty of the Eastern Shore of Maryland region through his music and the song ‘Shore Thing”.  Randy is also the ’02, ’03, ’04, and ’05 winner for Best Entertainer/Singer of the Eastern Shore, the ’03, ’04, and ’05 winner for Best Singer/Songwriter on Delmarva, and the ’08 Entertainer of the Year as presented by the Coconut Times.
 
WW Tunes Live at the Blue Dog Cafe @ Blue Dog Cafe

Enjoy dinner in beautiful Snow Hill, Maryland and listen to the sounds of the WW Tunes!  The WW Tunes recreates the beloved music of America in the 1940’s. The group is led by Frank Nanna a lifelong musician who plays guitar, violin, and banjo.
